Much as I hate to admit it, Sky's download service is actually pretty good. It even has a thing to calculate when it's safe to start watching the film even though it's not 100% downloaded.
Needs a Sky box and Sky subscription though, and you wont be burning them to disc, will be keeping them on the Sky box.0 -

As in Sky Store? Yes this is good but a bit limited with choice.0 -

Oh yeah there is that too but again, even more limited especially for newer releases.
There should just be a no subscription website where you can go along with your £10.00 and download a newly released movie as wmv, mpeg, flv etc. It will never happen.0 -

The funny thing is how hypocritical these moral crusaders seem to be! Their smug pride radiates as they say how they always pay for their music/video... but then they admit to ripping a CD (which is still unlawful).
Either obey copyright law or don't... but don't pretend to be all high and mighty when you're just picking and choosing which laws to obey!0 -

Still? They've had twenty years to think about it! :doh:The first CD ripper was CD-GRAB, written by A.L. Digital Ltd. some time before 1992. It ran on MS-DOS.0 -
I thought that ripping a CD for personal use had become legal this year (2013) - a bit late I know!0
