DVD Rip Software

Hi,
I've been attempting to rip my DVD's into MP4 format so i can transfer to my kindle and watch offline.
Trouble is most software downloads are a free trial and then pay, one let me rip a dvd but i had to put up with its logo on the film.
Found FileFactory which is completely free but when you rip it dumps subtitles onto the film.
Anyone know a good software which is free or a good software that is reasonably cheap and good value for money?
Cheers

I got dvdfab from here http://gb.ioffer.com/si/dvdfab+platinum and I find it works a treat. You offer the price £3.60 and about a day later you are sent a link and key to activate it. All seems perfectly legit but I don't know how they can do it for the price. I have purchased other software from them in the same way (convertxtodvd) and it checks with the makers website each time I start it up but no problems.I'm Glad to be here... At my age I'm glad to be anywhere!!

If you can get a legal copy of DVDfab for £3.60 then rip there arms off. Usually sells for >£100 but is excellent at what it does.0

Hi All,
I use(d) DVD Decrypter and DVD Fab, both seem to work well for me. I prefer DVD Decrypter though as its really simple to use! Haha.
I've a quick query on this subject and would appreciate any advice? I'm having trouble copying some DVDs which are mostly in English but have some scenes in a foreign language. When I try to rip these DVDs, the English subtitles which are on the original DVD do not show up. Does anybody know of any software which would do let me copy the DVD and still show the English subtitles for the foreign language part? (Free software ideally, but I don't mind a fee paying one either).
Thanks in advance...0
