Can't synch my email with my phone any more...

... since I had to change my Windows password on my work laptop. :mad:
I'm trying to synch up an Andriod phone with an MS Exchange Outlook account and the only change to the settings I needed to make was to update my password. But ever since changing it I get an error message "Cannot connect to Exchange server". My IT support desk say that as this is my personal phone, other than check that I have the settings right (which they are) they can't help (even though this is the phone I use for work).
If anyone can help I'd be most grateful

Your exchange settings password is usually the windows password has the password on your phone been updated?0

Have you tried setting it up again as a new e-mail account on your phone, rather than just changing the password in the existing settings? Probably worth a try...0
