Balance transfer from the dreaded 'v word' (Vanquis)

Hello all.Trying to do a BT from Vanquis to Barclaycard Platinum.Entered the details on Barclaycard site and all appeared ok with Barclaycard saying transaction pending.Today Barclaycard is showing BT as cleared transaction but Vanquis still showing full balance when it should say zero:mad:
