Hi,

We'll Im deciding to move from ASDA mobile who im currently with to either
Vectone or 3

Vectone is providing a bundle for a tenner a month of 1000 texts, mins and mb. I think it a 12 month contract via DD.

12 month contract & DD with 3 as well but they're offering 600 mins, 5000 texts and half GB. £12.90 + £1 paper bill charge :mad::mad: (need to prove internet costs for work)

I've also heard rumours that Vectone give away personal info to others (as within their T&Cs) and you need to opt out of this by writing to them.

So has anyone got any experiances with the two as i've only been with EE or ASDA (Vodaphone - rubbish signal ).

Also anyone know if Vectone give itemised billing & if they charge for it?

Do you realise that 1000 at Vectone is 'mix and match', not 1000+1000+1000?

I would be surprised if the bill for a contract wasn't itemised or if they charged for online billing.

yeah i do - but for simplicity i wrote it like that - thanks.

Would it work like this, so for example if you used 250mb then your left with 750 mins and/or texts to use from?

Has anyone been with Vectone and know how they're like as a company also heard of Ovivo - need to check them out :)

In case you didn't know, Vectone use the EE network.
  • Do you really need 600 mins/mth? 3 do a £6.90/mth (£3.30/mth after cashback) SIM with a 12 month commitment which gives:

    200 mins
    5000 texts
    500mb data

Yeah I had thought about the mins as I only use 50 on average  :embarasse

but i sometimes need to make 0845 calls etc & then you're on hold for 20mins.

I didn't know you could get cashback?

I do know its through EE with Vectone :)

Were i live EE and 3 are good there masks are only up the road less then a mile.....Overall they are quite good were-ever i go

O2 and Vodafone not so good the worst is Vodafone O2 is up and down on the signal Voda is more down signal bad

The best thing you could do is ask some one were you live or get some free payandgo Sims and try yourself before you decide which network you want to go to....Most network websites give the Sims free.

I can thoroughly recommend weq4U. Used it twice in the last couple of days.

It converts 08 to national numbers, and in addition it can hold your place in a phone queue and then connect you without costing you any minutes for the queuing time.:D

    Thanks a lot guys :j

Now just have to work out how many mins I get?

If anyone uses 200-300 mins how long does that last you etc?

I still don't get how WeQ4U works? Is it like saynoto0870numbs is or does it lessen the queuing times?

    Sorry for all the Qs.
