Name error on a Qatar airways tickets

Hi,
I have recently booked a flight on Qatar airways to Hong Kong and realised a couple of days ago that I had switched my first and last names.
I called them about it, they said they cant correct the mistake but they assured me that this should not cause any issues and I would be allowed to check in. (they added a note on my file)
Part of me is still anxious though, i am tempted to ask for a refund and book again, the refund will cost 100£ and ticket is about the same price now.
Anyone has any thought on this?

Hi,
Anyone has any thought on this?
Just relax and prepare to enjoy your holiday.
Firstly, if there is a note attached to your e-ticket then the staff at the airport will know what is going on.
Secondly, Qatar carries many Indian and Chinese passengers, whose names appear in a different order from on Western passports. So this kind of situation will be familiar to them, and will not freak them out.
Just don't do this on Ryanair!0 -
having reaserched the internet, it seems this is quite common with Qatar Airways. it is their fault actually it seems.
I knew i would not have made this mistake
