Thanks OP & thanks EmmaLouiseStar, I ordered 7 large jars from Littlewoods in the end.

Cheer1eader - I personally prefer the jars. Tried a 2-wick one over Christmas, they burn quicker but on ours the wicks seem really short and almost get swamped in wax when burning, almost to the point of the candle going out. I'll stick to jars in future.

Thanks all - cats broke my other jar and I had nothing to go under the shade so now I have ordered a yummy Vanilla Cupcake one - and some Christmas lights!!
