Im on orange, thinking of moving/upgrade to ee 4gee
I have a ed50 with 500mb and unl sms bundles taking monthly to about £30 pcm
I can up grade now, to a samsung s3 i like. TO WHAT EE UPGRADE OFFERS AT £36PCM ON 4GEE 36 plan 24 months.
This also means i can make day fone calls unlike ed50 40p min.
ps, sorry for caps, didnt notice. its 11pm im sleepy...
but I am wondering, I have a name@orange.net account with my current ora. will that transfer or will it go away :-(
there are few other odds on my ed50, no auto divert to ans phone is one.
and signal wise, home is 2/3g only (this is fine wifi here) and my work is solihull is 4g.. I use a app called netmonitor and phono on my galaxy ace. this tells me what bts/ code mcc im connected to ie tmob/ora etc.
there will be a new database for 4g sites, but im hoping the 2/3g sites are reported as they are now :-)
o and does it support signal boost like orange...
enuf of my wittering night night..

What were you asking for advice on?
Before you do anything consider how much you use the phone, then see if a plan matches.
Also consider 4G coverage is limited at the moment mainly to city centres, but fast if you can get it, however Solihull is listed low signal strength on the EE web site. TV reports have been less than flattering about the coverage saying is drops off quickly outside centres.
Do you really want to tie yourself to a 24 month contract before any other networks have 4G? As the others come on-stream prices should start to drop.0
