Just got back from seeing The Impossible and was really disappointed in this movie.
I was led to believe it would be edge of the seat stuff but it was anything but.
Tedious, slow and predictable...I've never been so glad to see a movie come to an end!0 -
Finally got around to watching 'The Impossible' last night...
What an incredible movie. That's the closest to tears I have been when watching a film since 1986.0 -
Response from people who survived the tsunami has not been all that positive. Especially when the trailer was shown in cinemas with no warning of the content.
But most people that have survived a traumatic event will feel the same way when reminded of it unexpectedly...
Seeing a fire, plane crash, war, rape, diagnosis of cancer or whatever... these are all in scenes of movies and, everyday, someone will be reminded of something that will cause pain... sadly, that is life.:hello:0
