i transferred to vodafone from "cellular operations" a long time ago
hav not been able to register on vodafone's online billing, they say its a problem with all customers who were previously "cellular ops" customers
so they can do it for singlepoint?
am going to ring n complain - again !!
with the online billing u can check how many minutes/texts u hav used - u can also upgrade your handset + tariff
not sure u can downgrade tho - they usually like u to do this on the phone so they can persuade you otherwise0 -
You should be able to cancel the IB now yes.0

yeah give them a quick call on 191 and ask them to cancel it asap.

Yes have been able to register online for billing, though they said they previous 3 months bill would be online, though actually only last months is. Going to ring up tomorrow and cancell itemised Billing. Can't get over how much better vodafone's billing is compared to singlepoint's shambolic effort. No more 5 and a half week bills, or bills that overlap by 2 or 3 days. Maybe I won't cancel my contract just yet!0
