Help cancelling orange contract

I am so frustrated with orange. I had a two year contract with orange which was completed in November 2012

Since then I have tried for hours to get through to them on the phone and sent letters to cancel the contract and nothing has been cancelled.

I went onto the orange website thinking I could complain. The ask you to click on the following link http://www1.orange.co.uk/documents/about/Orange-complaints-code-20110118.pdf

You can see in that document there is an email address customer.services@orange.co.uk

so I duly sent an email to that address explaining my plight and within a few minutes I got an automated reply starting,,

"....Please accept our apologies, we are in the process of improving our e-mail service, and cannot deal with your e-mail enquiry at this time....."

So even their own complaints procedure doesnt help

Can anyone give me an actual email address or other help

Thanks

You can legally enforce the notice you gave by e-mail (i.e. backdate it to that date), despite the automated reply you received, because Orange are obliged under Regulation 6(1)(c) of the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 to make available "the details of the service provider, including his electronic mail address, which make it possible to contact him rapidly and communicate with him in a direct and effective manner".

I called them and they put notice to cancel, done it several times with no issues
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
