    Thanks for replies.

I am guessing both vouchers DO work together, they are just not letting SA's encourage them. But if they scan then its fine. If you don't want customers to use both together then set the till up differently like they do for various other coupons or stop with the dual vouchers!!

Can I just check how to do this before I head to town and make a fool of myself lol
Buy 1 nail varnish and my 2 skincare items, give them the nail varnish first and the 2 vouchers and I should get £3 off the nail varnish,£5 off the skincare and 1 skincare item free?
    Is that correct.
    Thanks

That should work, although you won't get the free make-up gift if that's what you were after too. I was told i wasn't allowed to use the two vouchers, so it's worth asking them before you make the transaction just incase :o
  • If you have the tillspit version of coupon does it take off both discounts if you buy the correct products??

It did not work for me today either and the SA did try several different ways, just used the £5 off voucher in the end and then when I went to get my second lot and pay again at the No7 desk the SA said I could not use any voucher with the 342 offer as it clearly states on the voucher not to be used with any other offer or voucher, explained I had already used one and that the other No7 lady had put it through no probs, after refusing again the lady who served me walked past and asked what the problem was she told the girl serving me to put it through and if the till accepts it then why argue, the girl serving me was not amused so I did not get anymore to avoid the nasty look I was getting. Wanted some of the indulgent bathing stuff for the hamper for my sisters birthday, will have to go Monday on way home from work now.

I gave her the nail varnish first then the skincare but it still took the nail polish off as the cheapest!! so would not take the other voucher, should I have got 2 nail varnish or another make up item for it to work?

it depends on the price - for the £3 off make-up to work you have to be paying for a make-up item. So in your example, if the nail polish is cheaper than both your skincare items, the nail polish will be your free item on the 342 so the 3 off make-up voucher won't work. Yes, 2 nail polish and a skincare item more expensive than the nail polish would have let you use both vouchers in one transaction.
  • I bought a nail varnish, wipes and an eye base. They still had the free gift box. I just handed both vouchers and the SA accepted them without problem. I only paid £6.
