No, but I buy on Etsy

I'm very happy with the site as a buyer.Your biggest asset is TIME! I'm focused on multi-generational financial freedom.0 -
I sell on etsy and folksy, strangely I have sold exactly the same amount on both. I think when you list something on Etsy, it shows up higher on the search results, then keeps going down, so if your listing, don't list all your stuff at once, one a day maybe, because I have found when I list something, when buyers click on it they also get taken to your other items.
Also I think you have to promote yourself on other sites too, to get your items noticed.
The listing fees are quite cheap, so if you compare it to the cost of craft fairs, it works out well, but don't expect to get rich!
Also try changing the titles of your items, sometimes that works.

Are folksy and etsy free or much cheaper than ebay to list with final fees etc?0

OP here again.
Thanks for the advice.
I sell steadily on eBay but absolutely nothing on etsy so far.
It is encouraging to hear that others are doing better and since the listing fees are low, I will try some more items.
Can't comment on selling fees yet.0 -
