I'm not feeling so great today :( feeling a bit iffy and a bit gloomy and down in the dumps. Not sure why? DH wants to go into town but I can't be bothered; I just want to stay sat on the sofa.

Spent £47 yesterday in Mr Ms for the week which is slightly more than normal but I'm not too worried. I've bought more fresh fruit this week, such as two punnets of raspberries, which will always push up the price of the shop. I sometimes think there's something wrong when healthier food is much more expensive then the unhealthy counterparts.

Right, I'm off before I complain about something else :o

Can you not put links in your profile any more? I'd quite like to see your blog, but can't find a link :)

If you click on my name there's a link that says 'visit slowlyfading's homepage!' which should take you there :) or you could search for thefrugalcottage which should do the same thing :)

Had a particularly grotty day today; sometimes I do wonder whether I chose the right job. I love it most of the time, but today was not one of those days. It just needs to be the end of term now.

In MSE news, it's been a NSD today; took fruit and salad for my lunch and we've had spaghetti bolognaise for tea. I'm hoping to have a whole working week of NSDs this week as there are no planned spends. The only thing that might scupper that is my petrol - I should just scrape by in that respect.

Sorry I'm so gloomy, I'm really struggling at the moment and feel quite emotional at times. I'm not used to feeling like this, so it's taken me a bit by surprise. Something from the past is slightly rearing its ugly head which is making me struggle a bit too; especially as it's something I thought I'd properly dealt with a while ago.

7 teaching days to go :o

Thankfully today has been better than yesterday :)

Another NSD for me; I took soup and bread for lunch and had multiple cups of green tea along the way. It's been quite gloomy today so soup seemed like a good choice. I don't know about you guys but it doesn't feel like its July? It's definitely not summer weather here at the moment.

I've posted a blog post about budgeting today if anyone wants to take a look :)

    Hi Slowlyfading,

Sorry work is carp at the moment but I feel the same. The kids have been awful every day this week, they're being really horrible to each other too and I'm literally getting to the end of my tether. The end cannot come fast enough :(

On the plus side only a few days left then we'll be on our holidays :j

Hang in there and I'll try not to moan on your diary again :o
