Hi SF
Here's a little tip... This forum appears to have quite high seo referral value. Next time someone asks for a link to your blog, if you were to post the link here and not in a pm, when the bots next crawl the site you should benefit from a little search rank boost

Can't see why if it comes up naturally in conversation. If someone asks a question and the answer would be of interest to lurkers, why not post in the thread? There is a 'insert link' option when posting here after all... I understand that plastering links all over the place might be frowned upon, but a single link in an established diary thread in response to an honest enquiry should be ok in my mind. Maybe check with a board guide first SF0 -

I'm so bad at keeping this updated; things are going on in my absence, but juggling multiple plates is proving difficult at the moment!
I've returned to work, so we're getting used to a new normal for our household. I've returned three days a week - monday, tuesday and wednesday - so it'll be a nice balance with spending time with family as well. It was a bit of a shock the first week, but I'm getting used to being back.
DS still is really bad at sleeping; we consider a four hour stretch a real achievement which is saying something! When we're both at work, it makes the nights really long as me and DH take it in turns but it's not easy. Last week DS was awake between 11-3 two nights running, so we were all shattered. I keep hoping that he'll suddenly realise just how nice sleep is :rotfl:
We're scraping the barrel a bit in terms of money; we always knew that at the end of maternity leave and the month when I returned to work would be tricky in terms of finances as we're basically living on DH's income, which isn't substantial. We have, however, managed to pay for a new front door and a holiday without dipping into savings so I think we've done well really.
Not much else to report - I haven't bought any new shares this month as I don't have the funds to do so. I should receive some dividends at the end of the month from Lloyds, ITV and my Vanguard shares, so that'll be good. I think it should be around £20 in total, which I realise isn't much, but it's a start in the passive income goal I've set myself. Mortgage overpayments are tiny at the moment due to lack of funds, but hoping to make those slightly bigger once we're a bit more on track.
So, long overdue updatenot exciting either, sorry!

Not exciting? I realise you're probably completely zonked from lack of sleep, but honestly, paying for a front door and a holiday without dipping into savings, at the end of maternity leave, is a real achievement.
I really hope the sleep situation improves before long.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
