Hopefully I'll win then. My user picture is of me on Halloween wearing a red riding hood outfit I won in a comp.

No I haven't cleared my cache, I wouldn't even know how to or what it means! (I'm not very computer savvy at all). I got up to level 9 in one sitting, but it took over three hours and I didn't have time to wait for my energy to get back up again, so I clicked on it again this morning and got up to level 10 a couple of hours ago. I'm using Firefox.

What wall or offer did you get it from? If it was from a Special Offer wall, click on the tab it came from, just below it there should be a "My Account" (click) then "Missing swagbucks?" and navigate to your offer and raise a ticket there. You might need a printscreen, but honestly, you're lucky if they get back to you at all I think. Still, good luck!

Your cache is sort of the same thing as your browsing history/cookies, for example, you have to clear these when you do certain Fisher tasks. It seems like you probably had to do it all in one go, but raise a ticket with the offer wall people anyway. They didn't stipulate that you had to do it all in one sitting, so they're in the wrong. Include a printscreen of your level 10 score or something like that.

I've already taken a screen print and raised a ticket but there wasn't an option to attach it, so I've just mentioned to them that I can supply one if they can let me send an attachment. Doing it all in one sitting would take hours, it would be unreasonable of them to expect that. Thanks

If you open up your inquiry on your "My Account - Missing Swagbucks?" page you should see an option to attach an image:
