any broadband with cheap\free line installations

Hi all i leave virgin on the 10th and was wondering if there are any good deals on at the moment for the phone line to be reconnected as its been a few years since i last used it it has been disconnected.

I don't mind if i have to have a phone plan as well but really could do with unlimited downloads
