Just got back from Sainsburs. All the wrapping paper is 20p a roll.Cards and decorations reduced again, from 25p upwards,Family Circle biscuits £1. There were some Fox's biscuits, and Sainsburys own bics £2 a tin

Thanks for letting me know. I just got back. Got :
2 rolls of wrapping paper at 20p each
2 packs of parcel bows at 20p each
postcard choc tin. 50p each x2
3 lint santa at 50p each
they also had sainsburys own radio biscuit tins at £2.00
No makeup or anything like that.

Found some bargains today not previously mentioned:

250 ml pots of Fresh Chocolate and orange extra thick cream with Luxardo chocolate liqueur 10p good til 1/4/13, in the fresh cream section.

Lots of crisps, nuts and snacks 70% off, eg huge bags onion rings, bacon frazzles and salt and vinegar twirls 53p and 59p.

Big bags cinammon and Apple popcorn 44p

270 gram tubs snack mixes in cheese, sour cream and american flavours 86p

150g kettle crisps in ham and marmalade, stilton and port, rosemary sea salt and garlic flavour 56p

Taste the difference caramelised nuts in tin £1.19

TTD tin cranberries coated in white choc with raspberry dusting £1.19

Huge 900 gram bags jumbo peanuts £1.19

Boxes of tomato and chili bread crispy things 59p

Have a look out for Galaxy mistletoe cake bars. priced up at a reduced price of 50p but scanning through the checkouts at 10p for a pack of 5. They were on the usual cake isle.

In addition to items already mentioned luxury crackers (6 pack) are reduced from £15 to £1.50 and 12 pack of family crackers are 50p from £5. Will store away for next Christmas at that price!

Mittens and hand cream in a lovely gift set are a bargain at £3 down from £10! They look great as a Christmas or birthday pressie, especially since its winter;)

Got a few, can't miss a bargain! These were in a more local store - Hamlet Court Road, but bigger stores may have deals like this too:)

I managed to get the last one in my store - priced at 10p.
Also luxury Christmas puddings all reduced to 50p - but most use by march 2013.
Managed to find one with a 2014 use by date, so got that one.
Very hit and miss. Visited 3 different Mr S's and scarcely anything left in any of them.
Certainly no cards, and no sign of the ultra cheap cheese.

I found that i had to really search around the store for the bargains. All of the wrapping paper/cards etc were grouped together and i happened to spot the gift sets whilst taking a trip down the medicine isle and they were on a shelf near the shower gels, wouldnt have spotted them if i hadn't needed medicines.
