Did you all buy Pizza express jars with biscuits @ 80p to give as a present or for yourself? I got one today and think what to do with it. I think the expire date is April.

Biscuits are for me...the jar will be for my uncle repackaged with coffee in at Christmas

I'm going to put some sweets or treats of some kind in the jar and wrap with cellophane. And of course eat the biscuits myself!

    Oooh thats a good idea!

My Mum told me to buy one for her as she likes the biscuits :rotfl:and I bought one for myself for the biscuits and wasnt sure what to do with the jar but might look to see if they do vouchers or something for pizza express and put it in the jar and give it to my sister for her birthday or something! Didnt think about repackaging it until I saw your post....!

oh, I didn't realise they had lids, thought it was like a cutlery holder! I bought one today but haven't opened it yet.

I intend to use the pot as a present & I'll use the biscuits but will put into pot: a pizza cutter, some spices, basil seeds & a rolled up sheet that you put onto tray to crisp up bottom of pizza.

**ah, just realised if the pot does have a lid, I won't fit everything into it :D **

my pizza express pot didn't have a lid with it,should it have one?

It' s ok, certainly wouldn't have paid £8 for it or give it as a gift, I' 'll use the pot for bits and bob storage.
    How much ?????????!!!

No they don't have lids. I thought they did, but I'll still use it for something for 80p! :D

If you are reusing the pizza express pots as gifts why not buy a pack of herbs and put in with it, I think they would be great for growing them in & handy when you just want a few herbs & look great sitting on your window.

    Instore only at Sainsbury's.

Sorry the online link doesn't work.

They are definitely worth it though I was planning to get them at 4.50!

Think it may have been a local thing but worth a check. Was about £2 originally.
