Part of a large BMW and Mini chain, I'm not giving specifics at this stage as I don't want it to hamper any progress..
I was only asking because if it was a single site dealership (rather than a big national chain iyswim) then there would be less hoops to jump through before you got to the top top man.
As I said I'm surprised that you didn't sign a satisfaction note when you picked up the car as I have to provide this, as well as the invoice and engineer's authorisation when I am chasing insurance payments.2014 Target;

That's cool, I don't believe I signed anything confirming my satisfaction, at least they didn't say that's what it was as I wouldn't have signed it.
I made it clear from the second I collected that I wasn't happy so I don't think there is any doubt on that part0
