forgot to say ordered an deo online with my shop thinking a roll on would be good to take in a carry on case on the plane to Spain BUT it came in a glass bottle:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Also whilst doing the shop I noticed the total spend came up as £5865.03:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:now there is only the two of us and 1 small cat.........the cheese (two lots of 200 grams) came up at the kilo price:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:think the local Waitrose staff would have a fit at bringing 400 kilos of cheese.lickily it sorted itself out

Didn't phrase that very well! When I read rumours that it was not going to be available in the UK and no-one seemed to have any in stock, I had a little panic and bought one from *bay. I have just hit the pan on the original and have the new one in stock.:)

I had vision of you using it EVERYWHERE! x

Can I ask what you all use lemon aid for? I'm intrigued... Also I have a boots gift card leftover from Xmas and looking for something to treat myself to!

It's an eyelid concealer/primer, it is lemon in colour and when applied (does not need very much) it hides any discolouration and brightens the eye area, some people use it as a concealer around nose area etc too. If I am only schlepping about at home/in the garden or just popping out for the paper I don't make up, just use Lemon Aid, eyebrow pencil and a touch of mascara. If going the whole hog, I apply shadow and liner on top of it. It can make the difference on me from being pretty yuck to not bad at all! :rotfl:
If you can find a Benefit counter ask them to try it on you.

Yes, this product is brilliant on my eyelids which are teabag stained. Comes with age apparently! As maddiemay has said because of this product I don't feel the need to wear eyeshadow every day but when I do the eyeshadow colours look true IYKWIM. I also use it around my nose if I have any redness there. Be warned though that it does not work well as a concealer. I ran out of concealer on holiday and tried using this. Saw it in a photo later and it looked awful. Someone looking at the photo commented that I looked like I'd kept my sunglasses on whilst sunbathing.

well done to those resisting the BB grab bag, it's sold out so you don't have to worry any more.

another UU, Gok Wan argan oil body butter - WBA in the sale. More like a lovely scented thick cream than a body shop butter.

I did go and have a little look at the Burts Bees site yesterday and although I wasn't interested in the grab bag was so glad that the lip shimmers were not included in that buy 5 get one free offer!

I have one of these Gok Wan body butters in my stash as well. Can't wait to try it.
Finally finished my Alterna anti aging caviar spray - wba but to be honest it's too expensive, at least it lasted a long time :)

I've been very good in manchester ladies! no beauty in's. I was given 2 perfumes but they were free so I don't want to count that. I did buy a moschino top for super cheap so I'm super happy about that :)

You did well in Manchester tokki. I'm so glad I don't work there anymore. Used to spend a fortune in my lunch hour.

Right declaring my totals for January Ins 13 Outs 22 - stash reduced by 9 items this month. Now for the bad news this is the end of my first 12 months of the challenge and at the end of a year my stash has increased by 44 items, in my defence 42 items were from Christmas gifts. Will keep trying though, won't need to buy any lip balms, lip sticks, lip glosses, body or face scrubs for a few years I think. But body lotion and shampoo stashes are gone now, just really one in use and one in the stash. Think eye cream will be the next product sorted. At least I won't need to buy much this year.

But it's not so bad as you have graduated in the body lotion and shampoo departments.

    Had two uu last night

Cute or what bubble bath, this was a small tube which came in a wash bag with another bubble bath and a body butter, the bag was bought for DD but due to her eczema she couldn't use the products. It was a nice peach scented bubble bath and it created lots of bubbles. I would be happy to use again.

Lacura body moisturiser for normal skin - 500ml. I have been using this FOREVER, it is very cheap and is a thin lotion almost milk like so it spreads for miles which is why it lasted so long. It has a fragrance along the lines of Nivea and I WBA as it is less than £2 or was. I would not recommend the dry skin version though, it is like glue and I had to chuck that one.

    Rosemary :rotfl:at the cheese.

Roguey your rabbit sounds funny. I am glad he is not living with me though.

  • Hi, I haven't been on in ages but I have been working away at the stash.

    UU's

Philosophy frosted cookie shower gel - wmba, it was lovely but I have a ton of shower gel to use up.
Elemis tranquil touch bath elixir - wnba, it was ok but I don't have baths very often so it took ages to use up.
Decleor face cream - wnba, it wasn't the right match for my skin.
Gok body butter - wnba, it was too heavily perfumed for me.
Burts Bees lip balm - wba, love this but have others to replace it already.

31 - the last simple face wipes. Would buy again, but only when I need face wipes. I use proper cleanser when I'm not travelling
    Cookie, I think you're tame. :heart2:

  • I'm on a roll this week, 2 more UU's for me. :D
1 x Herbal essences beautiful ends shampoo. WBA, I like HE.

1 x Sanctuary spa body scrub. WBA. If I could only ever buy one brand of body/facial stuff again, it would be SS. It suits my skin and I love the fragrance.

I thought I would have two more UUs this morning (hadn't put my make up on at the time that I posted earlier) in the shape of my Lemon Aid and Spackle but both seem to have more applications left in them. These then will be my first UUs for Feb.

Will tot up my UUs etc later.

I think I'm only going to count INs that I buy. I like little sachets and it's a nice way for me to try a product without buying a full one.

Also, just noticed that I have 31 UU, that's one a day! :T
