Well they need to go and find another job pronto, don't they? Just as a PWC would if they lost their job!

I'm sure each and everyone of those employees is gutted (and I bet most of them are not even CSA customers), Sensemaya did you look at the other thread? :o

You should not be able to own a car that is for sure...!!! If you have no job, then it should be sold to pay your bills...!!! ;) And there starts another argument...!

Vicious circle. In my case ( remember I work and pay Council tax:p) I couldn't get my youngest to school ( eldest is at Uni). Nor could I be a never ending taxi service.

And i know many many people who work full time, and cannot afford a car, but rely on public transport. yet there are people in the area who have never worked a honest day in there life Yet still have cars and holidays... How does that work...

And don't say good budgeting... ;)

Admittedly, this was in London, and if you want to be legal, then it is extremely expensive, and most benefit bums who own cars are not insured or taxed etc etc, so it is nice to see there car get taken from them now by the police if they get caught using them...!

How does that work...No idea. We never go on holiday. In my case public transport is out of the question.I would also have to pay the bus company to send my youngest to school as we are out of the area. It is a very good school. I worked out it is cheaper for me to use the car rather than paying the bus co.

I know people on JSA who travel by taxis everywhere. Work that one out.

To elaborate a little, there is no DEO on the case as far as I'm aware as they said he'd changed the standing order with no notice or explanation. They claimed to not even know the payment had gone through so under until I called.

I am very aware NRPs have to live too and would fully understand a valid change of circumstances I was informed, and if at all possible forewarned about. However, from experience this man would do anything he could to avoid his responsibilities with my son. He succesfully hid from, lied to and messed about with the CSA for 11 years so forgive me for being sceptical here!
And, no, I'm not on benefits ;)

Why does he pay by SO?
I always thought the preferred method of collection was by DD.
