You're doing fantastically well agreenmess. Yes it takes me on average just over two years to get £50 from YouGov!Pay off all your debts by Christmas 2025 no. 15 £0/69490

I agree on the surveys. I enjoy doing them and sometimes get vouchers but not money, it helps I suppose!0

Yes I like doing the YouGov surveys and it has been useful in the past when I was debt busting and I got a bit of money back, so I shall continue doing them. The vouchers are useful too, especially as xmas/birthday presents. Different strokes for different folks and all that.Pay off all your debts by Christmas 2025 no. 15 £0/69490

7p per day. Smoooth.
Ah but when you're on a tight budget £2.10 a month buys four loaves of bread or, in my case, £25 a year pays for my building and contents insurance. Like I said it's different strokes for different folks.Pay off all your debts by Christmas 2025 no. 15 £0/69490 -
Hey all, hope your savings are going well. Sorry I've been MIA I've had a couple of trips to A&E about my knee and still none the wiser so been quite down lately.
So my savings to date are:
£1 Sealed pot jar - £37
20p Green Pig - £2.6
House Savings - £20.12
Las Vegas Savings - £65.6
Holiday Savings - £58.17
Total saved up to today - £183.49
Not as much as I had hoped, but it’s still a step in the right direction. Haven't put as much £1 away as I'd like as we needed to pay extra petrol money this month due to so many trips around, and due to me not going to the gym in the mornings (can hardly walk) I have to pay for me to get to work.
Probably wont be able to put much more away this month till payday as I've also gotta get a crown which is going to cost me £54. So glad that I've got dentaplan!
Oh another thing you will notice that my Just Encase Savings has now turned into Holiday Savings it seems that this year we are going to be away often, March to his the Parents, September to see the NFL and his Parents and a possible holiday in July for a weekend to watch the end of the Tour De France, pending himself finally getting a passport. We shall see but I'd love to save the money for these events so I'm not spending money I don’t have.
That’s about it for now, before I get paid again I’d love to move that amount up to £200, we shall see how I go, From my yearly budget I’m still on target to save around 7K this year (of which sadly half if not more will be on holidays L, but its defiantly a step in the right direction) Just wondering how to make 3K this year to bump the amount to 10K Hmmmmmmmm decisions.Nessy x
