    I'm not working though have agreed to be available on the phone for emergencies. As I'm not doing anything for NYE it really wouldn't bother me if I had to work
    Man plans and God laughs...
    Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.

    I don't work but my husband went away a couple of days ago and won't be back until after the New Year. He got home for Christmas though - that's the first time in 3 years he's got home for that.
  • Working tomorrow - have been told its a 'normal' working day so if I get away anytime before 5pm I'll consider it a bonus

    Just realised, that might sound like he's in jail and gets home on leave. :D

  • yeah copped xmas eve and new years eve - bit naughty as usually it's one or the other, but needs must having lost 5 shifts recently, just havent told hubby yet!
