I keep a list in a wordpad document of things I've won and change the colour according to if they have arrived or not so I know if any need following up on.
For values I use a spreadsheet and seperate into where they have come from (FB/Twitter/Web/Txt/Unknown) so I can see where I've been having the most luck recently.
I also keep a blog of my deliveries, it's nice to look back and see whats arrived when times are slow and people who follow it say it spurs them on to see the things I've received which is always nice to hear :) (there's a link on my profile if anyone else would like to have a look)

I only started 'comping' a few weeks ago and only really join in on Twitter competitions. Must have a way with words as the two I've won so far have been ones where you have to tweet a witty answer, I doubt I'll ever win the random draw ones. Maybe at this rate I should start a spreadsheet!

Also, how do you 'value' your prizes? RRP or what you would get for it if you sold it on eBay etc?

I personally value my prize at a rough RRP - have a look on Tesco, Amazon etc and see what it is selling for; makes for better figures on the spreadsheet at the end of every month ;)
Will be interesting to here how others value them.

I've for this year gone the spreadsheet route, date, how I'm informed, from which website, OP, Generic label of prize (DVD, Book etc), Date it arrived, amount of days between inform and arrival, RRP, What I make from selling, finally exact prize description.

Give it a few months and I'll be going graph happy.
Golly, I've got the newt pregnant...
