I have a 'Comping Wins' folder in my email which I store all my email/twitter wins.

With postal wins, I just keep the winners letter in a folder.

I think for 2013 I'm going to create a folder with photos of the prizes and the letters/emails printed off and stuck in. That way I can look back on a regular basis and visualise winning even more.
My new year's comping resolution is to spend more time entering the 'Effort competitions' properly!

Thank you everyone who posts comps and participates in the Forums :T
  • I keep a Word document on my computer with a list of each win and where I won it from. I also like to mark down when I receive it in the post.

Also, I take pictures of most of my wins - really can cheer you up & spur you on!

I'm loving the sound of missprice's organised folder! :T

I just keep all the paperwork in a fancy purple perfume box so I can look back on it occasionally :D
  • I keep an Excel spreadsheet and also a copy of the actual Comp page. I also include how I received confirmation (email, phone etc).
Only started comping in September but managed 7 wins.

Have a great Comping New Year

  • So far it hasn't been a problem! I have won next to nothing, so not much to record anywhere.

However, as 2013 is going to be a big year for me regarding comp wins ( ;) ) I will keep an actual folder that I can keep correspondence and pictures of my wins in.

    That's the theory, anyway.

Im the same HurdyGurdy. I've only won 1 thing so it's not difficult to keep track of :(;)

I like your positivity! I too WILL be having a successful 2013 comping...well... I will if the Comping Fairy knows whats good for her :rotfl::rotfl:

I've got a little notebook with all the freebies and things in the back.

I have columns with the headings: What I have won, Where from (the site), Where (FB, Web, Twitter), Date I won (to check where it is if late), When it arrived, The picture (so I can keep a record).

Want to really do the pictures this year and keep a note of them all.

    :)

    Good luck everyone! x

I also keep every printout and winning letter or note to show I have won these things in a folder in order of winning... ha a little OCD

I keep track of my wins on facebook using a new note for every month.

Like happy81 I have an email folder that I keep all Twitter and email win notifications in and I move the mail into an archive folder when they've arrived.

I keep a draft in my email account and occasionally copy the contents on to a word document. I bold everything I have received... very straight forward! :D

I use my good old fashioned memory haha. To be honest, I haven't won enough to loose track. I will be going on maternity leave in March so I am planning on spending a lot more time entering them - if I am lucky enough to keep winning then I might note it all down on my computer. I guess it is nice to know how much you have 'earned' (I look at it as a second job haha with the amount of hours I spend entering them!!)....or saved. Depending on what you enter. I am entering as many baby ones as I can, mainly for the expensive stuff like pushchairs. But one can only keep her fingers crossed :)

Happy New Year to everyone _party_
