We've been with orange (now EE) for about 4 years now, and never had an issue with either the connection or customer services. Don't know if that's normal though!0

@ Little Vics -I was with Freeserve/Wanadoo/HORRANGE for a number of years;other than the rubbish Livebox the sevice was OK -BUT when things went wrong in 2008 I had months of pain dealing with Customer Disservices -pray that you never have a technical or billing issue!!0

Same here. Was with them for ten years with no problems. Then started to have continual problems; sometimes failing to get a connection for two days or more. Customer services always seemed to suspect the router and took me through the same routines with no success. I actually had two routers so was fairly sure it was not a router problem. When I took my Netgear router through the automatic setup routine it always came back with the report that the cables were ok but the log-in procedure had failed.
They seemed incapable of identifying the problem and I eventually gave up and went to BT broadband. No problems now: either with the home hub or my two old routers.0
