Has anyone had any problems with T-mobile? My son ordered a mobile broadband dongle from T-mobile, having first ascertained that he could cancel within 14 days if the service wasn't satisfactory. Thanks. I'm always wary of dealing with these companies over the telephone because, each time to speak to them, they have no record of any previous conversation or what was previously agreed. When it's in writing, it's much easier to prove.

Will suggest he calls and then he can confirm the conversation in writing.
