I bought myself a magnifying mirror in boots today reduced to £15.99. I paid with my advantage card points so actually didn't spend any money. Can I count this as a £15.99 saving towards my total or am I pushing the boundaries here as you may say I could only have saved £15.99 by not buying it :rotfl:
Make £10 per day in July £45.48/£310
    June £232.66, May £310.36, April £310.19, March £287.32, February £250.18, January £257.24

  • Can I please join. I am aiming for £5 a week as this is my first time at trying this. I have already saved money in the sales for birthdays this year and buying my Christmas cards and paper for next year, saved more than £30 on full priced items.

After my grocery shopping tonight I saved around £2.35 with getting things on offer, also that grouped with a cashback app I have on my phone rounds it to £5 roughly as some of the products I will now get for free! :D

oh I have been forgetting to check mine the last couple of days. I normally check which shop I am in and what is on offer, then buy it.

Well done on the ebay item.
I was only being cheeky and haven't added it to my total. Always feels good to buy something without actually having to pay any cash for it tho. The points I accumulated buying Christmas presents (bonus points events etc). Treated myself for a pretty rubbish time at work - not sure now a mirror that magnifies my flaws was exactly a treat:rotfl:No I love it really!

If you're still taking names, then I'll go for £10 per day and if you're not, then I'll still do it anyway and try and report back here.

Completed a survey last night and was finally able to cash £10 as an Amazon e-voucher. I've been meaning to do this for nearly a year now and kept putting it off. I wondered if the points were still in my account and they were, so after 25 mins last night, I had £10! Now I need to get going with listing stuff on ebay, which I've also been putting off:(
    Virgin CC £1,738.84 Barclays O/D £32,012.24
Total debt £33,751.08 as at 2.1.13
Short term goal - pay off Virgin CC by end of Jan 2013:eek:
