£5 Halifax reward and £3.50 worth of free eggs- they were put in my bag but the dippy SA didn't scan them. Only realised when inputting the receipt details into price promise. £3.50 promptly moved into savings account

Hi all.

Just looking for a bit of advice - I sold an ebay item 8 days ago and still haven't been paid. What would you guys do? Would you chase up the buyer by e-mail or notify ebay? Thanks!

Hi Nicky, have you sent the eBay invoice? I usually do that after a few days and say something like "it's all packed up and ready to go" to spur them on. They usually either pay or reply soon after. If they don't then I read up on the non paying bidder guidelines and see about starting a claim.

Benefit of the doubt tho - they may be still in Xmas holiday mode. Good luck!

£6 added for me today from another scratchcard win

After much internal debating ... I've decided that I'm going to include the £20 "savings" I'll make each month by switching my broadband. I'll only do this for the first year though, after which I'd feel I was cheating a bit I won't add it to my signature until payday, as this is when its due.

I don't normally include "savings" I've made (ie bogofs etc) - but the money saved by switching is going to be used to pay off debts (and one of the reasons for switching!):o Having also used a cashback site, I should be due some cashback in next couple of months - but that won't get counted until it's in my account.

Good to see lots of newcomers, and many off to a fab start to January :T

Just found this post while looking for an old one of mine.

Although I think there are better mediums than all those listed, the list is very good for money making ideas. Some of the mediums are good, others, there are much better out there.
