I had a good look through my food cupboards because I have run out of fresh veg. Normally I would go to the supermarket at this point because I crave veg. I decided I could last a few more days and eat what I already have. Got frozen veg, potatoes, pasta and rice, frozen salmon, I can knock something up from that. So, I don't need to go shopping, it can wait till next week.

I had a spend day yesterday and really didnt enjoy it at all, isnt it funny how quickly your view can change.
I must admit I didnt buy anything that I shouldnt buy and all came out of the allowance I had so the fiver that has been in my purse all week out of my spare cash stayed there till I started my new week yesterday evening.
Had a great deal at the butchers as went in to see if they had any bones and managed to get a big one for £2 cut into four pices (the last one I think I can cut again into 3 pieces) so had two very quiet doggys today.
Managed to get another christmas present, some cool Pj's for my god daughter in Primarni for £3 so put them away. That is three presents this month for only a fiver. This year everyone is going to get a bundle of little things instead of one big expensive present but I am hoping to be able to cut back on the spenditure this way.APR NSD - 0/10

I needed to buy a new gym card today after losing mine, but the guy let me off this time, so I got the card for free = £5 saving.
I have to go to town tomorrow, which will cost me a few £s for essentials (need). There is a zumbathon tomorrow that I'm tempted to go to (want) but it would cost me £10, so I'm borderline about going. It's my old instructor, who's very good, and I haven't had a zumba class for ages! Plus could do with the exercise. I'll need to debate it.0 -
Phew, that weeks over!
Had a few spends that wouldn't of happened this week if it wasn't for the dreaded O. (3x extra trips to and from work, mercy snacks for colleagues etc) Made the schoolgirl error of going into a major MR T's today whilst both tired and hungry and with DS in tow and NO list.
Saw a few wants new duvet, new towels etc. Strategically placed at the entrance. Refused to buy the milk there (£1.29 v Asda/Aldi £1) but did succumb to a chocolate fix pudding that I certainly didn't need but boy did I want it.
Hopefully next week normality will prevail and I can get on it. As my newly refreshed sig suggests I sorely need to.
Also I must confess, I bidded on a couple of things on fleabay however I have been outbid, so karma came to the rescue.
Thanks for everyone sharing their wars against want ! I love reading them. One day we will all be millionaires at this rate and still refusing to buy milk at Mr T's !Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
