Parking Charge Notice

Recieved a Charge Notice for Aldi car park from Parking Eye. They say I parked in the car park for 6 hours 24 minutes, when in fact I was somewhere else. Maybe I'll ignore it and inform POLICE and ALDI :-)

Police won't be interested...and Aldi really don't care. If you speak with the manager at your Aldi store I bet they will say something like "just ignore it"...:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Ignore it. Check out the parking charge board in the motoring section if you need more people to tell you that it isnt enforceable and to ignore it.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

I had one of these for the local co-op when I over stayed my welcome on the car park. They sent three letters and then gave up, I think they send upto seven before they quit. Just totally ignore them, don't even bother arguing your case with them - they won't enforce it, and the 'solicitors' letters are to be ignored too as its their own firm. It takes a bit of will power to do, but you will be fine x0

I had a parking ticket when I visited Aldi. It's nothing to do with Aldi and nothing to do with the police. I ignored it and have heard nothing since and that was 9 months ago.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Ignore it, the chances of Parking Eye taking you to court are very low.
Just a case of their state of the art computers running Windows ME crashed to ignore your 1st exit and 2nd entry.0 -
me and my mates get them everytime we park up and watch our team on a Saturday, we made Xmas decorations with the ones we have, they're not legal here in Scotland.0

They may not be enforceable but you should still not park in their car park unless you are shopping there.
How would you feel if I parked on your front drive?0
