How do you know this? Where's the proof it is a glitch (News report or link to Job Centre Plus report please)? I am under the understanding they can reverse payments made in error. Until I see confirmation that this is a glitch or hear it from the JCP I am not touching the money.0 -

Just got off the phone to the Job Centre Plus (08:45am) after waiting 40 minutes for the call to get answered as they are inundated with phone calls regarding this one week payment.
The situation is thousands of people received an odd one week payment because there was a glitch in the payment system (Someone accidently set up peoples accounts to pay on a weekly basis even though payments weren't due) and from what the lady said at the Job Centre Plus you will get paid the other week next week and some people will stay on being paid weekly instead of fortnightly and everyone who phones in is being told this

its true this is a glitch and the above poster is correct you should a weeks payment on your usual payment day. but as far as i know things should return to fortnightly after this.0
