As I understand it, a buyer has claimed to have returned an item to the seller, but has actually despatched it elsewhere and persuaded eBay that it was returned...
Is this possible? Surely eBay would see that the seller's address isn't where the package went and the seller never asked the buyer to send it there. It sounds a bit unlikely that eBay are that gullible."The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing.

The seller's a Jackass and I don't believe for one minute that his rant is true though most of it it is difficult to read & understand..

Good point. They seem to have been unbelievably unlucky!

Now this is something i posted about before xmas. But either people could not understand what i was saying or said thats not what recorded delivery is for.
If i give ebay a tracking number that says delivered then i will win a dispute yes???
Even if i sent it to some random address....Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
...Tracking numbers only show if an item has been delivered and who signed for it.
There is nothing online to show which address was used.
And I can't see ebay/Paypal faffing about contacting RM/any other Courier for every returned item to see what address it was returned too..
Just goes to show how pathetic eBay is.0
