Popped to Boots this morning, def not 75% surprise today. So much stock left in my local!

Noelphobic. I had the same problem and had to ring customer service to get my basket emptied. The lady said it happens a lot, especially if you leave items of high value in your basket.

There's hardly anything left in my local one it's only a medium store though but got loads from there last year.

Haven't been in Boots lately, but I'll start going in and asking the sales team. Usually when they go quiet and say nothing, I've hit the date! haha
