Bush Mp3 player

Just got one for the wife but haven't a clue how to use it. I accidentally managed to transfer one song but can't remember how I did it. I have a track on my hard disk...where do I go from there? Been trying to copy and paste from there to 'E', in fact, it shows it on 'E' on the computer but when I look at the Mp3 player , it is not showing on it...help! The instructions are about as much use as a chocolate kettle.

Bush MPK4312BUK...yes it shows up on My Computer as Removable disk E, and that shows Music, Record and the track I've transferred.

So it has a folder marked music?
I would expect you simply drag your MP3s into that folder

It really should be as simple as custardy says

Looking at the model its a 4gig one so will show up on your pc as 4gig external storage (as you say removable drive E: ) and simply a case of drag n drop into it
    Have a nice day :)

With the MP3 player in the usb, it shows the files are in 'E' removable disk...when I unplug the mp3 player from the pc and check if the tracks are on the player, no, they're not...doh! I don't get it...

so you put the files in the music folder?

are the files in folders or single tracks?

In the music folder, single tracks, ...are they mp3 files? (not sure on that..my tech knowledge is low) I took them from a cd onto the hard disk. The book says a window should pop up when I plug the player into the usb...I see no window.

    No Bush software to install?
if not, dont worry about the Window
    Thats down to Vista

try putting a music track into the root of the drive
That means simply dragging a file into the E drive, not in the folders
So open the E drive, then drag the file in that window but not into any folder in there
Then see if it shows on the player
