A spend day as expected. I only had £12 in my purse though so knew I couldn't spend much. Went for an unplanned cuppa (I saved on not having cake as others did) and still did Lidi with the rest. Now have 1p in my purse!!! Brought more than the bread planned, but all sensible shopping that we needed, just I forgot we needed it. No more shopping till Sunday, they have the weekend offers I'll want so worth going and stock up on bread save a monday shop.0

Spending money again yesterday and today, but I spy dustclouds in the distance beyond the forest that surrounds Chateau Nargle. That can only mean one thing - another NSD trying to sneak by without being noticed. Think I will send Igor out to stalk it for a bit and bring it home to add to the Grand Roll of Honour tomorrow!
BigMumma - re cold meats. Cold ham, fried egg, chips and peas is also a good meal, when you are in the mood for it. Serve with bread and butter and lashings of hot tea, in a mug, not a poncey cup. And don't forget the sauce (brown or red, whatever takes your fancy).
Must say, the pictures of you doing the Friday wiggle are quite flattering - I can see you have cunningly disguised that dodgy tattoo! One life - your life - live it!0 -
Have you noticed, those NSD gang members having difficulty collecting NSDs are avoiding the "F" word? (As in fail )
I think the soggy paintbrush and the by-now-stinking, rancid kipper are definitely successful deterrents! We might not need to reach for the Brillo pad or barbed wire underpants just yet.....One life - your life - live it!0 -
