Gosh-when did i get so old?? I had my son when i was 20, i am now 33 and he is turning 13...where have those years gone??
I had my son when I was 19 1/2, He's 34 next Wednesday, though I'll not be owning up to that. Next year both of my kids will be in their 30s  So I can empathise there.WelshWoofer wrote: »I have succumbed to a bottle of wine on the way home from work - £5 well worth it after the week I've had.;)

Not a NSD today, a planned spending day, had my nails done and did my weekly shopping. Even managed to ignore the whoopsies as I've got a freezer full of whoopsied meat. lol
Intending to stay in all weekend if it snows. Otherwise might go out for a photography thingy on Sunday if it doesn't

Hello all, sorry i haven't been on since Monday, been ill and the screen was making me feel ill.
Today has been a spend day, had to buy cat food and groceries. Went with my eldest to collect my youngest from his friends house and they asked for burgers form the chippy. I was to shattered to say no bought a 2 bags of chips, jumbo sausage, fish cake, gravy and a huge burger for £6 for myself and the two kids. My partner is Leeds so didn't have to feed him.
Took me 30 minutes to hobble with crutches a normally 10 minutes walk. My elbows and knees are killing me, but its dones now.
Worst thing was the chippy was foul, never buying from there again.
Good thing though we have officially have 8 NSD's :j:j:j0 -

No sign of any D/Debit heading out of my bank today, so it looks like I've managed to bag NSD #7 :T
I've allowed for Saturdays to be spend days, but OH is talking of heading to the Traff0rd Centre on Sunday - and even if I resist the temptation to spend there, I could do with nipping over the road from it to C0stco. So I need to try and plan a meal for tomorrow night that doesn't require me to buy any groceries, meaning I can still achieve an NSD over the weekendCheryl0 -

aw beanie hope you feel better soon ((hugs))
Oh your making me feel old, my eldest is 12 son is going to be 13 in May, i had when i was 17 yrs. Blooming heck where the times gone.
Although its been a spend day i had a lovely chat with a friend at her house which was really nice.
I'm sorry i forgot to say why i'm on crutches, i was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both of knee back in 2011, i found out i had back in 2010 when my left knee cap snapped in half. since October 2012 i've been getting worse to the point where i could leave the house in a wheelchair. So i'm very happy to be hobbling about with crutches.
Insurance wise, well they said won't pay for a replacement mobile phone as apparently its not covered within the policy. So i completely booted off and demanded them to reassess about the claim as i've been missold the policy. So i'm not a happy bunny with Natwest, been with them 12years and claimed once in that time. Fuming isn't the word:mad::mad:
but its the weekend of yes :j:T:j0 -
