It's almost the end of the working day here, so I can confidently claim NSD5 please. Have spent all afternoon craving a chocolate doughnut from the place downstairs from my office, and only the NSD target stopped me giving in.

Now to go home and think of a good way to use up cold roast chicken for tea.

hairdresser has re- arranged for friday night so off to do something with my hair for now.

Pay day today, but trying to continue to have a NSD however this Thursday and next Thursday I am meeting friends for a drink. Will only go for a slim line tonic to cut down on cost it tastes the same as G&T, less calories on the waistband and purse.

I started a new mantra at work this week that the girls loved and we are all trying to live by:

Fat Purse, Slim Waist!
