The NRP is seeing him during the week and presumably by the time the PWC sees him at 8pm he's going to bed so I'm not sure when the PWC sees him during the week. Some children like lots of clubs, I know mine do, they do they do 7 activities each. I like them to do it because it's better than being stuck in front of a TV. Yes some do too many but that's a decision to be made between parent and child.
The more you say the facts the more it sounds as if the NRPs gripe is the CM will go up because he isn't having the child overnight as often. I hope it's just coming across badly in the written word.0 -
When relationships are so tense between separate parents, you really need to pick your battles. Clothing is certainly one matter that doesn't deserve fighting over when indeed, you can clothe a child for under £10 or even for free through friends/recycle etc...
Usually, when a parent doesn't want clothes to go to the other parent, it is because some items have not come back. In that case, it is indeed so much easier to have some essentials at home and don't waste time and energy arguing about it.0 -
Always wondered about the whole clothes thing. I've always brought my son clothes or when he stays with me, things are a bit tighter now so haven't been able to for a while. Hasn't gone down with his Mum, resulting in an argument where I said I shouldn't have to buy ALL his clothes (pay CSA via wages after she wasn't happy with our private agreement - she's worse off!).0
