    Can anyone tell me who the courier is for H&M please, I can't remember. Had three orders under diff accounts dispatched on 28/12 and not one of them has turned up yet. Never had this issue with H&M before, could be due to New Year taking up two working days I suppose but it usually doesn't take more than three days to get here...

    It's myhermes, but they do take a few days from dispatch to get to you.
    I received a text this morning saying delivery would be 24/48 hours and I received today. :)

    I'm not sure the name of the courier/company, but I know mine get delivered by a local lady who drops them off in her car. Perhaps the person designated your parcel has been away over New Years?

    Mine just got delivered by courier and was ordered on the 29th. Really happy with the clothes I ordered and the price I paid. Thanks x
