Make sure you're entering it in the correct format

Well I know I can have a senior moment from time to time but I am entering it correctly, even tried incorrectly just in case and also tried IE instead of Firefox but it isn't having any.

Took me a while. I was automatically entering / / between the numbers ie 01/01/0000 but it is asking for it without the /

Thanks for this, ordered 3 white storage boxes for £2 each. They should have been £7.99 each. And a baby blanket for £5 instead of £7.99.
Used the £5 off and free del codes and got them all for £6.
Had an email to say they have been packed and sent for delivery!

Well it seems I was having a senior moment - thanks for putting me right. I too was entering // as this is what you have to do on every other site I have ever been on. Didn't see the dropdown to pay by card either, even though I was looking for it, so I made a complete hash of it all in all.
