Thank you so much! Love the H and M discount codes! I have used the £5 off a few times now with the same account though-is this allowed?

Your orders probably will be merged and you will only be given £5 off once. Check your orders on their page if they did that.
  • Hiya thanks for information regarding code stacking - worked a treat for me

I'm a new online customer of H&M so browsed, selected, registered and confirmed my order. I was sitting with my debit card waiting to pay but instead received an order confirmation.

I had a look at my pending orders and it shows a 'monthly invoice total'

I really, really didn't want to open any kind of credit account! Is it normal practice to add orders to a monthly invoice on this site?? :(

    Anyone got any idea?

    llb x

Don't worry this happened to me one day somehow. Just phone them up and tell them u want to pay by card and not a monthly invoice and that it happened by accident. Try doing it asap.
    Hope this helps.

After my last try to get some jumpers and the date changing constantly (by weeks) I cancelled and would not use the site again :(

  • Just managed to get some lovely looking shorts for £2.99 delivered (originally £24.99 + postage). :)
I've never had any luck with the h&m website, usually sucks up all my time then is unsuccessful. Really glad I managed to get something this time :)
    Thanks op!

note: I have used the £5 off code quite a few times since its been around, but this time it is only letting me use it once on my account - including my other accounts that h & m have linked. However I have opened a new account in my husbands name and that worked, same address, same card???? Just so you know!
