Simply-fone - Latest on Network Charges
I understand that:
Three charge
Vodafone charge but may be persauded to refund (is this still the case?)
Orange started charging on 8th April (can anyone confirm if this applies to OVP?)
T-mobile and O2 - still included in free minutes
I know there is already a thread for this but it has got a bit burried so latest updates here would be useful

Orange are charging regardless of which plan you are on. I am hopping mad as they have done it by stealth. I have spoken to them today. I will sue them if charges appear on my final bill for the S-F no.0
