A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Yes, but I had an excuse for having some of Mrs Tilly's tablet while I had a cuppa so not all bad;) Just glad it's stayed dry so I could get the washing out but brrr!!!
Baked pots and sausage casserole for dinner - proper warming food:D

New iron purchased and some nice duvets seen on Debenhams online so might see what they are like in the store next week as I've got to head up to Glasgow anyway.

  • Hi skint spice, I bought some lovely check/country style duvet covers from Asda (also saw them in matalan in a diff colour) they were brushed cotton so really soft. I often find some sheets are really hard and scratchy for ages, even wil lots of washing but these are lovely. £20 for my double.

Thanks El, yes once that sink's in all I need is the porridge pot that never emptied from that fairy story and I'm all set:D

Thanks FloppyDisk, had a look in mr t today but will try asda, the last cheap duvet set I bought was really scratchy so was gifted to LM with the proviso it was never used when I stay over:o so brushed cotton sounds nice and comfy.
