hmmmm i'm not quite sure what happened yesterday......i woke up in good form which promptly evaporated and turned into tears before bedtime
I found myself in the 'can't be bothered' mood when i was thinking about going to collect my script quite early on and it just went down from there. I did however manage to get a few things done off my list and got the hat finished that i had been putting off sorting out for ages
Today i'm still feeling a bit blah at the minute but hoping it will lift. Am going to try and do some nurturing things like make soup and watch a few things i have recorded.
I want to get some listings done for ebay too with it being sunday - not my favourite job but i know i will feel good if i get some things on there! - Got 5 things listed today
A bit of exercise would be a good plan too to boost the mood - i missed it yesterday.
Lets see how the day pans out - fingers crossed for a positive one for us allxxx

Something i am keen to do this year is to review my progress against my goals on a regular basis, but not sure if i should do this weekly or monthly - would anyone else like to do a regular review as well? If so would you prefer a weekly or monthly review?
