Fairyclicks and Charleybear - Hope you both feel a bit more wit it later.
I've not been half as productive as I'd planned to be so far. A bit more sleep was more appealing than my steps this morning but planning to head to the gym after I've finished my lunch and had a cuppa. My internet is apparently being dodgy which won't help with our printer being wireless and needing to print things out!

I have now been to the gym. All registered now and ready for my induction on Monday evening (hope I'm still standing since it's back to work on Monday too! Now a couple more things to do before I can chill out properly! It was supposed to be a fairly easy day until I fell asleep as soon as I got in!

aw thanks for the feel better wishes guys :) i do feel better now thankfully! though i did just do a 10 min jog on the wii - first time i've tried this, so am now getting ready to veg out on the sofa for the evening ;) LOL

Well done on getting to the gym to register giggles :) did you get there too content?

How is everyone finding stepping? helping with the motivation a little? i hope its proving useful for you all :D

As i said yesterday i have started breaking down my goals into smaller steps in the hopes this gets me to my targets - here is what i have written for one of them so far:

Goal: Get car back on the road

    Steps:

Contact parts supplier about correct parts - done :)
Return parts to supplier - done :)
    Sort out insurance
Get a quote for insurance - done :)
    Pay D for parts - £125
Book MOT retest – check date! - am past the retest deadline :( never mind am still waiting for the parts to come back yet so couldn't have managed it anyway!
    Pay Road Tax
Plan finances needed for goal – insurance £400, parts £125, tax £121, mot £30.50, fixing costs £200 = about £900

think i might add the insurance quote and finance planning bit to tomorrows list now i have looked at this again :D - i haven't tried this breaking down goals bit before so will be interesting to see how it goes :D

Right am away to chill on the sofa for now - dinner in the oven so have half an hr before i have to move again :rotfl::rotfl:
