I've not had a very steppy week this week. I've been so unbelievably tired and just had almost 12hours sleep. At least I now feel more like myself! Today's steps:

    1) Clean out the rabbit done :)
    2) Watch 2 episodes of Red Dwarf (trying to watch all of them so I know what my OH is talking about!) done :)
    3) 2 loads of washing done :)
    4) Plan lunches for this week
    5) Tidy away clothes pile done :)
    6) Have a bath
    7) Read for an hour done :)
    8) To do list for rest of week
    9) Sort clothes for tomorrow done :) and next 3 days as staying at OHs
    10) Tidy room done :) almost!
    11) Fitness DVD done :)

Soooooo its the last day of the week today for me and i think my focus on health for this week has helped me a bit to start changing my thought patterns again. I was sliding into bad habits again and have improved some good habits this week - i still need to work on this though as i'm not quite where i want to be with it. Exercise has been particularly elusive :o so for the next week i would like to focus on that ;)

    Today i would like to:

Remember my focus of the week is Health

eat some fruit - done :)
    drink 5 glasses of water - 4/5
plan what i am going to eat today - done :)
go for a little bike ride
    have a shower -

    also to do:

finish putting clean clothes away - done :)
    get number for chrysler
    OH coat - done :)
    hoover
    finish tiding bedroom -
    sort some more paperwork
    clean the bathroom
    clean the en suite
    clean the downstairs toilet
    start parcelling up ebay sales
keep ebay listings at maximum (100)
    empty the car

    usual dailies:
    swaggers target - done :)
    gift hulk
    UR -
    app trailers - done :)
    tapporo -
    one poll - done :)
    survey a day challenge - done :)
clear out another 100 emails target for today is 11650 - working on it :P

Am determined all the rollies will be gone today :D

Not many steps today, but it's been vaguely productive. Had a number of emails to sort out which I really didn't want to do and have sent two, almost completed a form for another, and forwarded one to my work email so I can print it out tomorrow and post off the form. I've been making myself ill thinking about it so I'm quite pleased I've done these little steps towards getting organised. I also need to create an equipment list and a shopping list and make a spreadsheet but I need all the information which I won't have until Thursday evening.

I do that too Giggles, thinking about stuff till i make my head spin and then i can't do the thing so i know where you are coming from. Massive well done for doing what seem like little things but actually you have taken some huge steps to do them!!!

I kinda forgot to steppy step today :eek:, i'll blame the man - he took me out for lunch to help me feel better :D

I did get a few things done from the old list:

I hoovered the living room (and under the sofa cushions)
I went for a walk (so wee bit of exercise)
bought a couple of things i needed - hooks and extension cable
i emptied out 5 boxes of clothes from the car
am just doing a little bit on SB and app trailers now
and i might just manage to do a little more tidying in my bedroom

so not too bad considering how i felt this morning :D

    Good Moaning :P

I'm having one of those moany, grumbly days so far so that seemed appropriate LOL. Didn't get much sleep so that would be the culprit! Still am here trying to find some positivity :D

The main thing i need to do today is parcel up ebay stuff and post it.

    Have already done:

hoovered the rest of downstairs at about 1am and put a wash on (good job i have no neighbours!!)
    ordered oil
    swaggers target
    cleaned stairs

5x:) so far so thats pretty good!

i would also like to get the bathroom/ensuite and downstairs loo cleaned today and finish tidying my bedroom. Oh yes and empty more stuff out of the car.....

Ebay parcels first then i will feel free LOL!

Hope you all have a good day! xxx

    Hello!

The last few days have seemed quite busy though if you were to ask me what I've been up to the answer would be "not much really" :rotfl:

    New list for the week:
    • do some flippin' knitting! not touched it in AGES :p
    • the usual menu and shopping list
    • make card for neice's birthday (have decided I'm going to just buy a surprise gift, if she doesn't like it my sister can always regift it:p)
    • check my online banking every other day to keep tabs on DDs etc.
I did make and post card for friend who's going in for an op next week, posted mum & dad's anniversary card too. Managed to get on top of the washing and ironing (there's just 2 of us..how do we have so much of it???) rearranged lounge and budgetted for the month/paid CC etc as it was payday on Friday so I have actually got a lot done before writing my list :D

Well my plans for yesterday just didn't happen - got the ebay parcels done (all 20 of them!) but that was all. Bad stomach cramps kicked in and ended up having a duvet day :( still not good today so just going to take it easy and see what i can manage by pottering around!

    xxx

Not doing too badly today considering i'm just faffing about really, have managed to:

    have a shower :)
    post ebay parcel :)
    do another wash :)
    hit swaggers target :)
tidied a little bit of the bedroom :)
    free bingo game :)

kinda not sure what to do with myself now.......some more pottering no doubt :P
