Can anyone help with this one ?

I have a Galaxy Ace running Android 2.3.3 gingerbread.xwkpy and it will not update the software.
My daughter has the same phone and hers has just updated to gingerbread.xwktr which has some small improvements.
Anyone know why mine won't update ?
I've tried software updates manually from the phone and with Samsung Kies and no joy.
