Not in Aberdeen or other major Scottish cities, they don't.... which reduces your 100% by a significant degree (and Yes, I realise the OP isn't in Scotland)
Based on a semi-scientific study of (currently) "23 properties for sale found" on RM, and well over 650 in other places, not on RM.
To spell that out, less than 4% of the available properties in the area are on RM.0 -
